We love our new home. The quality of the build and finishes are great and we’re happier than we would have imagined. Customer service was great, from our first meeting with Ginette at the sales office to our last meeting with Randy regarding warranty items.

I only purchased my home about seven weeks before the move-in date. I was very impressed with the finishes that were chosen by the design centre. The quality of the finishes exceeded my expectations. I'm proud to share with friends that I purchased a Tartan home.

Repairs were done in timely manner. Home was clean when we first got the keys.

I appreciate that the floor plan designed by Tartan minimizes confusion and makes smart use of every square foot! I love how the floor plan is open and inviting, making it easy to flow from room to room. My home feels like the perfect blend of comfort and functionality.

The overall experience of buying the home was good comps to other builders.

Dealing with Poonam and Sarah from sales was excellent - they were very kind, helpful and experienced and assisted with any questions. Melissa from Customer Service is also very nice and professional to work with. Overall the home buying experience from Tartan is good.

Home upon delivery was already satisfactory. Customer service has been great as well and most major things have been repaired.
