I liked having the ability to submit warranty claims to have things fixed, unlike purchasing a home that has already been lived in.

The house itself is something i like the most and everything that comes with it.

Home upon delivery was already satisfactory. Customer service has been great as well and most major things have been repaired.

We have seen the work of other builders but the materials used by Tartan are surely better quality and the workmanship is much better compared to others. The little things like light, closet doors, paint work etc. are all pretty good standards.

1. PDI and PDI follow through were timely.2. Team is generally responsive.

We were pleased with sales process for the home and the responsiveness of the sales team.

The exterior was done before we expected. Everything so far has been great!

It's quiet, the layout is very nice. And the location, the view from the back looking at the field is beautiful. No back neighbors

I like the open concept and lots of living room space ..Quality of materials like taps and wood is excellent
