The process from booking to delivering home on time was very smooth and well organized. Every Tartan employee was professional and well aware about the whole process and provided us prompt and clear responses.

The spacious abode

The finishing is good, apart from some defects, which we have pointed out to Tartan. Tartan service team is amazing. the repair experience, while taxing on out time, is made easier with the Tartan team. Whenever service individuals by Tartan are on site, we trust their work implicitly. Some of the contractors' work is below par and that is why we usually prefer Tartan service individuals, when possible.

Easy purchase process.

The sales rep i related with is Poonam, she was 100% amazing. she answered all my questions regardless of how silly they seem, she was professional to the core. However, all of Poonam's good work was thwarted by the use of Mortgage advisors and First national financial institution. they were HORRIBLE! made the whole process stressful and annoying. I was very close to pulling the plug on everything. They did not give full disclosures of the nitty grities of the buyback plan, they deliberately held back good information that could have aided my decision on whether or not to go ahead with it, they made unreasonable requests with very difficult timelines threatening not to finance the purchase. I disliked and regret every single bit of my interaction with them.
