The overall experience of buying the home was good comps to other builders.

Dealing with Poonam and Sarah from sales was excellent - they were very kind, helpful and experienced and assisted with any questions. Melissa from Customer Service is also very nice and professional to work with. Overall the home buying experience from Tartan is good.

I liked having the ability to submit warranty claims to have things fixed, unlike purchasing a home that has already been lived in.

The house itself is something i like the most and everything that comes with it.

We have seen the work of other builders but the materials used by Tartan are surely better quality and the workmanship is much better compared to others. The little things like light, closet doors, paint work etc. are all pretty good standards.

Home upon delivery was already satisfactory. Customer service has been great as well and most major things have been repaired.

The entire team at Tartan has been absolutely fantastic. I will be recommending Tartan to our friends and family as a builder of choice.
