Our experience purchasing this new home was great. Nadia was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and any questions that we had, she was able to respond quickly. When a repair person came, most where very friendly and respectful of the property. The only disappointment was for the mishandle of the trench in the backyard. It was not filled in properly before they put down the grass. Other than that, we are very happy with our purchase. This is our second Tamarack home.

Besides the clear upgrade in finish/structure compared to some others, I feel the simple act of explaining how all of the features of the home work, with printed labels/instructions, was a helpful touch.
