We have always found staff to be courteous. Warranty has been good at dealing with majority of issues. I did find that items were addressed quickly with the exception of exterior paint touch ups and the remaining issue to be addressed (foundation cement gap) Karen at warranty has been very good and great to deal with. All around we love our home and the entire community.
