Material use is good overall they did not try to go cheap on anything. Contractor messed up. Water damage sub floor damage should be replaced when they fixed it they did not replace the sub floor and carpet I can see moisture on carpet they said it would go away with time.
Love the modern design and basic features that would normally be upgrades, were included. Of the we did purchase; some upgrades were very reasonable but others were way over priced and not explained that if we did not go with the upgrades it would be difficult to do after the fact or void the warranty. This would have been good to know as we would have probably opted for more upgrades. A nice to have would be to allow homeowners to still take advantage of doing certain upgrades after move in, since the site is still under construction and Madison can still leverage vendors. I would definitely take advantage of this option if it was available. Overall, Madison is a great builder. We have very few complaints as we were warned to except the worst with a new build by friends and family, but so far we are happy overall and have few complaints/ issues.
