Working with Gerry (Realtor for Lincolnberg) was, by far, what we enjoyed the most.

Our sales rep Gerry Wigmore was phenomenal to deal with and made the whole process easy.

The personal relationships we weren’t uncomfortable

Sales rep Eric dealt with any and all of my concerns, knew how to handle me and my concerns even if I wasn’t the nicest at times, calming my nerves. As a first time home owner, I obviously stressed about a lot of things, had a ton of questions all the time and he did a great job dealing with that. Eg, i requested that I be informed when ground breaking was happening, he knew this. It happened while I was away and no one informed me, Eric went out of his way to take pictures of my homes progress because he knew I worked out of time most of the time. He didn’t have to do that, nor did I ask, he just did something above and beyond making the process special for me. Eric the building supervisor, not sure if that’s his title or not, was also great, very thorough during walk-through’s explaining everything and not rushing us at all.

It’s hard to pick something because the whole experience has been great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, tradespeople got work done to a good standard (some going above and beyond), and we’re still delighted that we were able to make customizations during the design phase that a lot of builders don’t accommodate. We have great things to say to everyone who knows we’re in a new home!
